We offer this independent cottage for seasonal rental in the heart of the Périgord Noir. Set in a peaceful, green environment with a beautiful oak tree, the property features a large outdoor area with a playset for children, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court—perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The cottage is located 3 km from the center of Montignac-Lascaux in the Vézère valley, a region recognized as a Grand Site de France. The house has three main rooms: a living room with a kitchen area, one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, another bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find a covered terrace and a small shelter with a plancha grill, outdoor table, and chairs. The location is ideal for enjoying many activities, including visits to the Lascaux caves, local villages, castles, scenic walks, and regional cuisine. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility or can be arranged for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
